As the world’s leading producer, China’s 2024 corn starch output reached 37.99M tons, accounting for 63.3% of the global share. Under the Healthy China initiative promoting low-GI food, functional starch products have achieved over 65% market penetration, blending traditional upgrades with new growth opportunities.
